Recently, we’ve experienced a huge influx of demand – something we’re incredibly grateful for. The support and interest in what we do has been amazing, and we can’t thank you enough.
To make sure we continue to deliver the standard of service our customers expect and deserve, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close our website to new orders.
Right now, our priority is processing the orders we’ve already received. We don’t want to compromise on quality or rush through anything – so this pause allows us to focus fully on getting everything out properly.
Thank you for your patience and understanding – and for supporting our small business. We’ll be back soon, and we can’t wait to welcome you again when we reopen.

When will the website be live again?
Our priority is to get existing orders out to customers as promptly as possible. During this time we will not be taking any new orders until we have cleared the back log down.
We appreciate you might have been waiting to place an order or have a special occassion you need an item for. We are doing everything we can to get our website ready for you to shop again soon.
We will only make our website live when we feel confident we are in a position to take on new orders without letting anyone down.
When will my order ship?
We are working hard to fulfil your orders.
- In stock items: if you have only ordered in stock items without preorder items in your order, your order will ship within 3 days of your order being placed.
- Preorders: Your order confirmation will have a preorder shipping from date. This is the date that your order will be due to ship.
We are currently experiencing delays on all shipments. We are doing everything we can to process orders as efficiently as possible for you. We will send you a shipping notification email as soon as your order has shipped.
