Production Status

Recently, we’ve experienced a huge influx of demand – something we’re incredibly grateful for. The support and interest in what we do has been amazing, and we can’t thank you enough.

To make sure we continue to deliver the standard of service our customers expect and deserve, we’ve made the following Production Status page so that you can check the status of the items you've ordered.

Our priority is to process these orders as efficiently as possible for you and to avoid delays. We are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality.

To use the table, simply search for the name of the style you've ordered, and check the Current Status and updated Shipping Date for this style. We are doing everything we can to ship your order to you before the Shipping Date.

Updates

Things might look a little different on our website. These are the things we have implemented to help reduce the back log and manage our orders effectively going forward:

  • We have removed preorder from all items other than the Venus Dress, Juni Maxi Dress and the Audrey Dress. This is to help us manage the volume of preorders that we are making.
  • We have had to limit our styles to a very limited selection of products.
  • We have had to extend lead times to allow our team to continue working through the back log.
  • We have had to open wait lists across our range to help us manage the demand for our products.
  • We have added a Production Status page where you can track daily updates from our factories.
  • We are working around the clock to respond to all customer enquiries.
  • We are working to update all customers who have outstanding orders on the position of your order as we work to complete these for you.

FAQ

What does the Shipping Date mean?

This is the date it will leave our warehouse, not the date you'll receive it. The Shipping Date is when the item will be boxed up and handed over to our Shipping Carriers to be delivered. This date includes a bit of a buffer to allow us time to process your order for packaging. From this date, there will be a varied time frame based on where you live in the world. All of our orders ship from the UK.

What if I have ordered multiple preorder items?

If you have multiple pieces in your order - the order will be shipped from the latest pre-order date.

Wherever possible we will aim to split the order and ship the items that are ready first, however due to International Customs and Duties rules we are limited with doing this on International orders.
