Planet Friendly Packaging
Our packaging is made using Forest Friendly FSC paper and cardboard. This is fully recyclable and biodegradable. The garment bags are made with D2W fibre which is biodegradable.
Duties & Charges
We now work with Global-e to process our International parcels. Parcels shipped Internationally (to all locations except the US) will have no additional charges on delivery from the 18th October 2023.
For orders over $800 USD to the US charges may apply.

Shipping & Delivery Information
When will my order be shipped?
We will process orders up until 4 pm UK (BST) Time, Monday - Friday.
Any orders placed before this cut off time will be processed for the collection that day.
Orders placed after that cut off time will be processed for collection the following working day.
Will I be charged taxes on delivery?
We ship our parcels from the UK. Therefore there are no duty or import taxes on UK deliveries.
International Parcels
We now ship parcels with Global-e which allows for International Parcels (excluding the UK and US) to be delivered with duty and import taxes paid.
What packaging do you ship orders in?
We ship AYM goodies in sustainable, FSC packaging using a range of materials including recycled cardboard and biodegradable mailing bags. Every piece of packaging can be recycled or added to the compost as a biodegradable material.
We use garment bags to ensure the clothing is protected when it's being stored before shipment. It also ensures the garments are kept safe during transportation.
How does shipping work for Pre-Order items?
If you purchase an item on Pre Order, we will make it for you once the order is confirmed and paid for. In order to be more sustainable, we ship pre-order items alongside ready available items. This allows us to combine the shipping in one parcel, thus reducing the carbon footprint on orders. Pre-orders will ship from the date stated on the product page or at the checkout.
The shipping time that you select at the checkout is in addition to that pre-order date. This means that when the pre-order item is ready, we will process that item with the shipping speed you selected on your order.
For example, if that is VIP Express within the UK - we will ship with our Next Day Service as soon as the pre-order item has been completed.
